I have my first visit with Mrs. Blackburn yesterday. I appreciate the fact that there was a lot of unanticipated traffic due to protest happening downtown and I was late; Yet I was still able to be seen. A lot of other practices would have stood firm to their 15 minute window. In addition, I like that Mrs. Blackburn was very knowledgeable about my condition and discussed triggers as well as some of the different treatments that I could possibly use, which is something that I have never had it prior to dermatology offices. She was also warm and inviting, and I fell at ease since it was my first appointment and I look forward to returning for a future appointments. I will also say that the young lady who helped me at the front desk was very helpful as well, and I appreciate her explaining everything to me and giving me all the necessary information.

Tracee is always wonderful, my laser hair removal treatments have been going great. I noticed results right away sooner than anticipated. She always answers my questions and does a great job of explaining everything to me in detail.

Seemed rushed, disengaged, rude and lacked professionalism. Spent approximately 15 minutes with me Felt dismissed. However, receptionist could not have been kinder and extremely professional. I thank them.

I was scheduled as a new patient and had scheduled through the online scheduling module. I uploaded my ID and insurance card and signed everything online ahead of time. My appointment for a full skin exam with Dr. Kuritza was at 2pm and I had to get to work by 3. I was called back right on time, Dr. Kuritza performed a very thorough skin exam and I made it to work by 3 with time to spare.

Excellent. Dr Kasprowicz is very friendly and explains things in a manner you understand what is being done. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good dermatologist.

I am certain I have never had contact with anyone in the medical world more compassionate and understanding than Dr. Kuritza. From the moment she entered the examination room her huge smile put me at ease about some issues I was facing.
A quick shout-out to Amber as well. Amber is the person who first gets me settled in the examination room. She too, has a spectacularly cheery persona.

Dr. Tracee Blackburn was amazing she is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t judge. She teaches and she answers questions. She’s patient and she wants what’s best for her patients, not to mention she has amazing skin!
