I am having a great experience so far. I’m here to treat hair growth in the facial area. I am happy to discover this practice and to be working with this org to resolve and treat some skin insecurities to be honest. This route for treatment is new for me and it’s been a great experience, and happy to have Dr. Blackburn as a resource.

I can’t imagine a better experience than with Dr. Kuritza and her team! So knowledgeable, puts her patients completely at ease and really make you confident that you are in good hands. And shout out to Haley, her outstanding assistant, who really helped make it a smooth and easy process. Can’t recommend Dr. Kuritza more!

Monica was fine and had good bedside manner with my son but was very defensive when I was critical of what I felt was predatory billing behavior. Gatekeeping information about treatment options behind $200 "consultation appointments" when a paying patient is sitting in office is wrong. Again, my son was seen by the practice, is it that unreasonable to expect a follow up that resembles, "Hi, I checked in with our laser team and showed them your son's chart/picture, they think your son is a good candidate. We'd like to schedule a follow up, insurance won't cover it but these treatments tend to run in the range of $x." Maybe I'm just unreasonable, certainly felt that way when talking to her.

I’m a new patient to this office and the initial setup was smooth. The location is easy to get to and so was street parking. I meet my doctor, she is wonderful and has great bedside manner. Nothing terrible to say about our appointment. I felt completely comfortable with her. My hiccup begins when I wait for them to send my prescription over to the pharmacy. Everything is electronic nowadays so it’s usually a push of a button and before you make it home, your pharmacy is notifying you of your prescription and how long it will take to be filled. Nothing happens. I call the next day to let them know that my prescription was never sent. Inquired about if my information was correct or if they had the right pharmacy. I was told they will send a message to my doctor or the nurse. Someone will definitely call me today and everything will be straightened out. No one called. No prescription in my name with my pharmacy. I went to my doctors appointment with my dermatologist issue fully flared and thinking I would have meds by day end or early the next day. So now at day two I’m anxious for relief. Made a second call today hoping to actually get a response and relief for my issues. The second call made me feel like they have no knowledge of what the doctor even prescribed for me or if I was even in their system. Needless to say I am disappointed and slightly annoyed.
