The consultation with Dr. Blackburn was straightforward. The check-out experience was not as great. First the receptionist didn't know to provide the shampoo and I had to remind her. When I wanted to understand when the prescription would be sent to pharmacy, I got a vague answer, either at the end of session or end of day, plus a lecture that they didn't know how long it takes the pharmacy to get prescription ready. The prescription was not sent to pharmacy after three days and I had to call again to chase.

Very thorough exam, not rushed, answered all of my questions. Also Dr. Garden sized me up immediately realizing I was an old man that just wanted a cancer screening and am not trying to be pretty. He didnt push any creams or lotions or treatments that he knew I would have no interest in.

Great first experience , she was very pleasant. She listened to my concerns, came up with a plan to move forward. Answer any questions or concerns I may have about what discomfort how long would the healing take? Also that I should stay out of the sun, including the prescriptions that are received after the procedure

I have my first visit with Mrs. Blackburn yesterday. I appreciate the fact that there was a lot of unanticipated traffic due to protest happening downtown and I was late; Yet I was still able to be seen. A lot of other practices would have stood firm to their 15 minute window. In addition, I like that Mrs. Blackburn was very knowledgeable about my condition and discussed triggers as well as some of the different treatments that I could possibly use, which is something that I have never had it prior to dermatology offices. She was also warm and inviting, and I fell at ease since it was my first appointment and I look forward to returning for a future appointments. I will also say that the young lady who helped me at the front desk was very helpful as well, and I appreciate her explaining everything to me and giving me all the necessary information.

Tracee is always wonderful, my laser hair removal treatments have been going great. I noticed results right away sooner than anticipated. She always answers my questions and does a great job of explaining everything to me in detail.

Seemed rushed, disengaged, rude and lacked professionalism. Spent approximately 15 minutes with me Felt dismissed. However, receptionist could not have been kinder and extremely professional. I thank them.
